Now that I have done some research, I think that he is thinking of the Premeir Rides Mad Cobra design.

If it is that, I vote for it because the ride is a more compact, more intense, smoother, and cheaper version of the Rockin Roller Coaster. I would want it without OTS restraints. Lap bars all the way! This would be a good addition to carowinds because we don't have any coasters with a launched start (LIM or Weight Drop [But we used to <_< ]) and it would really draw crowds of people who have only been to carowinds and have never ridden a coaster without a lift. I personally think this would be the best business decision for carowinds.
And since this is the exact same layout as the FOF's, we should just get a Mad Cobra themed in the exact same way. The enclosed coaster would also be a bonus for carowinds. It's another thing they need.
I say this because we couldn't possibly afford TTD.
