Well I made another trip to the park today and it was another good time! This time I took my kids and my mom, who hasnt been to the park for several years. We started off with the skytower (or candy cane as my kids would call it). Next I rode intimidator, I was quite shocked though because they were actually not loading as quick as they should. Usually they have all the lines filled before the train comes in, but today they didnt. Maybe it got better in the afternoon, plus only 2 trains were operating at first. After this we headed to kiddie land. I wont go into detail on this, but I will say my 3 year old had her first coaster ride on Lucys Crabbie Cabbys (I think thats right), oh and she rode it twice . They rode all the kid rides. I was very impressed with the intimidator views from the train so if you want some nice pictures, ride the train (or wait until scarowinds and you will be under the drop). Overall it was a nice time, this was the first time I got to go to planet snoopy, aside from the backstage tour. Even did some snappin on woodstock gliders with my little 3 year old. Mom hasnt got the hang of it yet, but my 6 year old showed her! The crowd was descent in the kid park, not really sure how the big rides were since the only thing I rode was intimidator, but the season pass parking was filled when we left at 3 and the other lot looked to be packed as well. Looks like this week will be busy!
