Please tell any carowinds workers they need to run two trains when the stations is near full like thunderoad on both sides, carolina cyclone, hurler, nigbthawk and all the coaster that have 5 mintutes to 1hour waits like nighthawk.Yesterday at scarowinds i was disappointed that amost all the roller coaster had one train running when you want people that want to get one was quickly as they could. So tell them that and it will make park guest happy. I shouldnt be waiting 30 mintutes for one train for nighthawk

ride associates can't do a thing. The reason they do that is because of the weather, if there is ANY chance of bad weather, they have to switch the rides to "rain mode" which means 1 train operations (2 for Intimidator), so you cant do a thing about it.

I think you missed the part where people said the operators have nothing to do with how many trains are on the track. Trust me, there's always reasoning behind why certain coasters might not have every train on the track. The park was not very crowded today, that was probably a big reason why most coasters weren't running every train, as there was no need to. If they can save the wear and tear on a train and still have moderately short waits on all rides (which they were VERY short waits today, almost a walk-on for Intimidator with 2 trains), they will keep a train off the tracks. Maintaining roller coasters is not cheap, so they are going to do what's in their best financial interest and limit how much strain they put the rides through. Hope that clears it all up, but I doubt it does.

Why do people complain about the wait for rides? If you dont want to wait, then go find somethin else to ride, or go on a sunday when its less crowded, plain and simple. The park will do what they want with the amount of trains running etc, and if they have 1 train operations, as everyone else has said, there is a reason for that. Bottom line is, deal with the wait if you really want to ride the ride...

nighthawk runs 2 trains 99% of the time. I have rarely seens 1 train on the coaster, one time i did see maintenance working on one of them, but that was a few months ago...

Exactly. Every ride is diffrent. At least Nighthawk is open people. When it was closed for 2 months, we complain. When it's open we find something to complain about. I'm just glad it's open period. I'm sure by next weekend, and when it's busy it will have two trains. :?

Nighthawk ran two trains almost the entire summer before it went down in July. The only time it didn't was basically during rain or if some other issue warranted it. If you hadn't noticed, it just opened back up for the first time in two months this past weekend. Maybe you should be happy it's open at all and doesn't have a 90 minute wait with two trains like it used to on most weekends.
