General Carowinds discussion

Hey guys just had a few quick questions. I visit the park a lot, just about once a week. I try and avoid buying meals there because of their high prices, but next years all season dining plan has me interested. I was wondering if the plan for next year's gold pass was going to be worth the extra money. Also online it says only available at participating restaurants, does anyone know which places will participate this deal? I would hate to get the plan and not have good food all year.

They haven't announced which restaurants will be participating in the dining plan but if its similar to CP and KI then most restaurants in the park will be part of the plan minus the chain places (Chic Filet) (Subway) (Chickie & Pete's). My family and I will go to the park probably 15-20 times next year and I have purchased the dining plan without knowing exactly what will be offered because I think it's a great value for someone who frequents the park.

I know that Harmony Hall will be included on the dinning plan and that's all I need to know. I used my free visit this season for my pass for next year and while in the park we ate at HH and the food was great. I had a brisket sandwich and my other half had the bbq pork sandwich. Looking forward to trying some of their other offerings next season.

I doubt it will but if Chickie&Petes is on their I'd love it. I didn't know what to expect from it but I really like the food there. Either way all season dining is amazing. Two thumbs up for Cedar Fair and Carowinds

High prices? My wife and I can eat at Chickie's & Pete's for less than the price of a meal at Pizza Hut!

^I agree. We at at Harmony Hall last time we were there, and I commented that it was less than I would've paid for a meal at Chili's. (Or across the street at Cracker Barrel, for that matter...)
