Sounds cool but unfortunately I'm leaving for a road trip to FL that day (even more unfortunately: this trip does not include any parks or coasters)

I've heard of the Coaster Crew but know nothing about it. Do they usually do events at Carowinds? I don't think I've known of any.

We're driving back from a Chattanooga trip on the 17th, so I'm guessing we'll be catching up around the house that day.

Or you can wait and go to the ACE event the next weekend which is cheaper.

Yeah the moving of the ACE event and the Thunder Road closing probably hit this event pretty hard. I was originally going to fly down for both events but with the ACE event getting moved and Thunder Road's last day I am only heading down that weekend now.

I'll probably be in Orlando as well since it's our anniversary (probably go to Seaworld). Then again I live an hour and a half from Orlando, so it's a bit different than y'alls and would likely not have gone to the event anyway....lol. I would have come to the ACE event however if I was able to. Since I just got back from a week long trip to Charlotte, it's just too soon financially to take that on.
