I went to carowinds last weekend and I had the best time. I was with two friends. One was scared of coasters :( . So we had I nice time though.

We started off getting tickets and I got mine replaced :D (Thank God). We waited for opening for one hour and they made us walk to the Borg slowly this time. The Borg was running two trains that day. So we went on it then we made our way to Thunder Road and then to Cyclone, Hurler, Vortex and Drop Zone. :D After that we ate at wings and went on Top Gun. The line on top gun was complety filled. :o .
We waited 1 hour 30 minutes Approx., Maybe longer. So we went to trhunder road and I called out race we had a fun time with that. For about 2 hours we went to the water park. After that we went on to cyclone 4 times and hurler was abig line.
Then we decieded to go on frenzoid ands screamweaver. Riding at night was cool with top gun The Borg at dusk and thunder road. :D :D

Next day we started out with the Borg and went to Top Gun, Thunder Road and Whit water Falls. We then we went into the waterpark. After that we ate and the line on Saturator was so short, so we went on it. So we started towards cyclone Vortex and Hurler. Later on the Borg was Broken down and then waqs running on one train :(

At evening we went to the Paroumount Therater for " Magic of the Movies" That was so funny it was good. After that I went to Rapids with a 1 hour line. Then we wait in to the Borg for A last ride. MAn that was a 3 hour wait with one train. So it took a while. After that there was 10 minutes till ten. So I went on sky tower to say good bye to the Park till next time. :( :( :D

I visited the park as a guest on Memorial Day with a friend. I finally got the chance to ride the Saturator for the first time and I loved it. The main thing I loved was the interactivity of the ride. Definitely an innovative concept for a roller coaster. The awkward thing about the ride was the lapbar restraint. I liked the open feeling not present with an OTSR.

I rode the flume for the first time since it was themed, and I still think that this is the most beautifully themed ride at the park. Rocket Power wasn't as powerful as I had remembered it. It seemed to slow down alot at the top. Reptar still rattles, but is fun and makes some interesting movements. The Rapids were fun and drenching because my half of the boat caught the waterfall.

Observations made during the day included the addition of misted fans in the queue lines of Rapids and in the covered walkway near the Vortex. Those are really a nice touch. I've never seen those before. Does anyone know how long those have been there? We need more of'em. I guess they've had too many people faint while waiting to ride.
