Well, just follow these directions:

Open Windows Media Player
Click on Library tab at the top
then choose Videos from the list on the left side of the screen
Highlight ALL entries and click the delete button

Be sure you include all files including those with file names beginning with any of the following:

Hotbabe*.*
18yearoldvirgins*.*
group*.*
golden*.*
FineBehind*.*

and

Jerk*.*

After that Reboot your machine and you should be fine!
